Minister of Sports and Transports, Madan Mitra inaugurated The
Realty Expo 2013 which is being held at Milan Mela Grounds and organised by
CREDAI Bengal. The exhibition covers three halls where 58 stalls have been
setup by different realty developers mainly from the city, but there are a few
who have come from outside and even from different state.
Welcoming CREDAI Madan said, within a few years they have
changed the face of city with their projects. Minister also said that the area
covered by Kolkata Metropolitan Area has increased and it needs to be extended
further.
Jhimli Dasmunshi of BCT Infrastructure LLP said that in the
exhibition potential customers are detailed about the projects and if desired
they also conduct site visits.
Fashion Designer, Agnimitra Paul said, home is the first
impression and people judge you by your home, and an exhibition of this kind
saves a lot of time and is a wonderful idea providing everything under one roof
and also the stalls are designed very creatively.
